A Girl Cheated Me with False Promises, Need Action to File Case

Sir, we both loved together Since 7 yrs, we had lot of dreams together. We both stand in decision to marry. But finally she refuse and she act in favour of her wishes. She did lot of promises, i felt whole life she with me. Iam sincerely loving her. But she finally do like this. She had also numbr of times physically inmate with me. Shame on her. Sir I have lot of evidence, with whatsap, Facebook, imo, Conversation and her some evidence pics. She false promises spoil my life sir. Finally I decided to stand her in Court bench. I want to take leagal action on her with evidences. Please need advise me which way , how I approach with applicable sections in Court?. Also I lost my nervous, mind and egony. Kindly let me sir.
