A criminal case is filed but both party want compromise what can I do

as there is a fight and the case was registered under 323,504,506 and police force the complainant to give a medical copy from the cmo but now both party wants compromise for which police is not accepting in the form in more than a week passed and now asking for bribe from us

Dear client if both parties wants to compromise then move a 482 Cr.P.C Application before Hon'ble High Court here both parties come and joint affidavit will file thereafter court pass an order where you can get relief.

From the complainaint side he needs to give written statement nothing such happen on oath, still if police does not give final report complainaint can deny about these facts in her statement in front of magistrate. Further contact for help.

You can give application to the court for progress report of your case and when it is come in court for proceedings than you may apply for compromise in front of magistrates and with the help of your lawyer. Judge will help you

Dear friend

Asave the complaint has been filed and FIR registered and now cops are disagreeing or are on expectation with you. Without delay both the parties should go to the magistrate concerned and give an affidavit that both has settled the disputes and don't want to pursue.

You will get immediate releif.

Respected Sir,
you can file a petition under Section 482 of CrPC seeking quashing of all the proceedings arising out of the FIR if the offences are not compoundable under section 320 of CrPC. You ll have to file the compromise deed along with the petition.
