498case of 2016 still no charge sheet has been filed.

Hello, I filled an FIR for 498 in 2016 may. But till now no charge sheet has been filed by police. My husband and his sister they took anticipatory bail as soon as I file an FIR.my father in law being a senior citizens could not come to Mumbai and stays in Bihar there for police could not arrest him. And so my 498 case is pending. Please suggest how to make police file my chargesheet.
