My name is satish i have one younger brother. he was loved a girl 4years back he was started family separately
The girl was bad then he was separated but he was not marriagd

And her parents and she filed 498a acse to my family members
This case is in court
The case filed inspector crossexamined by my lawyer
Can u help me what should i do
if marriage between male and female was not happend, .sec 498a in FIR will not add.if he ads u can for filling a case in court against police and also give a complaint to the DSP, mahila police officer and also a complaint to human rights commission, a complaint to district superintendent of police, and press and also a complaint to the Colector. before this give clear information whether she was a minor girl, for details call me.
