Sir, I am selected in karnataka police department. There was a case against me in 2018 and ipc sections 427,447,34 Is this will became any problem for my job?
Dear Sir,
You can compound the offence in the same Court instead of pleadings guilty. If you plead guilty you have to pay the fine then it will act as stigma in getting Government jobs and also you may not get passport etc. After filing charge sheet either go to the High Court or compromise with the complainant and injured persons if any.
