What to do if my employee is absconding from work

Hi,I have sent the resignation email to my manager last night stating that I will not be able to continue.today,yet called me various times and when I spoken to them ,they said come to office and give the handover as I was the manager level and handling the clients information and letter heads and when I went get o office they did the emotional drama saying that join back and when I said no and take the handover please,they said either I need to buyout the notice period or serve the 20 days notice period otherwise they will take the legal action.Also,on March this year,I resigned and my notice period was 15 days that time on the last day they given the good offer to me and I joined back but things didn’t worked out so I resigned back last night yesterday. Also,I received the email in the afternoon stating that I need to report to office in next 24 hours otherwise they will take a action against me.Also,the documents I have no where is mentiond the notice period is 60 day.help please

You are under obligation to serve the notice period and in case you do not want to work anymore with your previous employer, you can choose the option which they are offering I.e. of buyback. Although no one can force you to work with there.
