What to do company is not accepting my posts
23-Jun-2023 (In Corporate Law)
I as a share holder sent letter through Speed Post to the Registered Office of the company to provide copies of the statutory registers. The Letter was returned back by Post stating "Refused" The company is not accepting any postal delivery sent by me. What remedy do I have
In your letter you have to request to the company secretary and in his absence any other officers or directors of the company to provide you with the copies of statutory registers of the company and are ready to make whatever charges as may be applicable under the law. Still if the company refuses to provide you with the copies then you can complain with the Registrar of Companies and NCLT.
