Vodafone wrongly terminated my services & wrongly billed me as well

Vodafone is threatening me with legal action by putting up a case against me in Lokadalat.
They claim that I am due to pay a postpaid bill amount of Rs. 9,000 which they have wrongly charged me.
I haven't considered a legal action against them myself.
What should I do?
What if I don't pay their bill & ignore their legal notices whatever they send?
I wanna know the outcome as well as solution/advice for it.
Slap a Case against them in Consumer Court for charging you unfairly. First of all, read about their Post Paid Package minutely which you have already subscribed to. Make sure to find out the loopholes and hit the company where its gonna hurt them the most. Play the tit for tat policy, if you have been billed unfairly, then you don't pay the bill, instead ask for compensation to mentally disturb you by continuously approaching you again and again at odd hours for paying the bill for the unused services.
