Suppression and Torture by senior officer in ONGC since last 5 yrs

I have been not assigned duties and tortured by senior most executive Mumbai region head), since last five yrs. Recently I came to know he is superannuating in Feb 2021. I am an LLB drop out (KC Law College) .
Well, you can lodge a case against him for causing you mental trauma. You can seek compensation from him for ruining your career. But, you need to have evidence against him, that, he intentionally had not assigned duties to you & tortured you quite badly.
