Query regarding Tie-up with Ca associate Firm

Hello ,
Me and partner (Both Mba) are running portal for Registration services (Gst,trademark,salary itr import export,fssai etc ).
Now we have decided to provide CA related Services to our clients like taxtion,Roc & Audit.
so there a Guy who is CA..he has Cop and his registered associate firm.
Can we have legal tie-up with ca firm for ca related work ?? is it possible ?
or we should hire CA under our company on basis of salary.
