03-Sep-2023 (In Corporate Law)
I was retired by my employer seven years ago. The employer didn't send my application for anuity Penticton to lIC of India.
A few years ago, the employer closed the superannuation account and got all the funds.
The employer paid only 50% of my amount.
How can I get the remaining balance.
I don't have any proof, except the screenshot of the account statement
Of my account number.
Please help.

sir first of all you demand your account detail through rti then send a legal notice through advocate to settle your balance amount and if your employer not settle your balance amount then bring a suit in labour court against him
