Need to hire an Attorney for Problems with Unprofessional Clients

We are a running a Small Training Institute on Finance and Accounting in Bangalore. We offer various training programs and modules to interested individuals and client base. Most of our clients are satisfied with our training and foster a good relationship with us. But some unethical and unprofessional clients end up asking for a total refund after completing the training or after completing 80% of the training etc. Some might even end up filing a false case on different courts. So we are looking for a legal advisor/ attorney/ Legal consultant who can help us in solving these type of problems either through helping us in regulatory guidelines, Legal advice and through in court cases.
The Application forms for these students should include clauses to keep you safe from litigation and such complaints, and include clauses that once they make payment, whether or not they complete course the amount will not be refunded. If they are tarnishing the image of the institute in public, you can apply for a restraining order.
