Need Legal Help As Client Refuses To Make Payment.

15-Feb-2023 (In Corporate Law)
I run a small scale business providing service to my clients. 6 months back we started with a project but mid way the client halted the project. When asked for pending payment the client refuses to pay. As I had not done any legal paper work before initiate the service process, is it possible to issue a legal notice to the client? If legal notice is sent what kind of output can I expect? What are the commercials for such action? As proof I have all the text transcripts and voice call record. Can these to presented as valid evidence?

Of course Dear, you can initiate a Criminal Case under Sec 420 of IPC & other concerned sections of IPC. Under the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, Text transcripts & Voice Call Records are valid proof to get an accused convicted for commiting any offence if such proofs have been prima facie reflecting him guilty of commiting the crime.
