Need Advice on partnership registration

22-Feb-2023 (In Corporate Law)
I would like to take advice on a scenario wherein a company was registered around 30 years ago with four people in the partnership. Later, there were changes in the partnership wherein two of them dropped out after some time and the other passed away later. Everything was written in a stamp paper during this process but it was not registered. Currently, they want to register the current directors and other associated on-board members. Question is that what are the norms to follow for now and anything needs to be done for previously left out members, along with other additional information related to it?

hello client you need to get retirement deed for cancellation of that agreement deed and then you need to get the signatures of the earlier directors shining upon 8 and when they have resigned and the agreement on which they have resigned
