Legal way of getting investment into my business.

Hi Adil this side. After a lot of struggle I learned to get benefitted from stock market, now I am asking my friends to invest with me and I'll share the profit with them. With 30:70 ratio.
Questions is; how could I legalise it?
Query perused. I would advise you to engage a lawyer and get an agreement drafted to be entered into with your friends or investors with a 30:70 profit / loss sharing scheme.
