Issue on DEBT RECOVERY - NCLAT case of a private limited firm shifted

01-Feb-2023 (In Corporate Law)
We are operational creditor to a private limited firm which has closed its operation and under process of NCLAT for debt recovery by authorized professional at Kolkata. Against NCLT notice, we had submitted our claim which were accepted and NCLT was updating development through our mail. But since NCLT could not solve the case because of noncooperation of the firm, the case moved to a liquidator without any information to us. Later the Liquidator firm had floated an advertisement for submitting the claim . Unfortunately we have missed the Advertisement and came to know about the development after expiry of period for submission. Now they are not accepting the claim any more. Request your advice in this matter if there is any legal procedure for help.
