I was working as Head of project Management in a Company and was asked to go due to Managing Director was not comfortable with my talent.I resigned in july 18 and again my role changed 2 times in August 18 and December 18 was performing well.I had communication with MD in Germany he wanted me to stay but Indian MD was not willing to do that ultimately by end Januray 19 i was asked to go same day without any Notice.

Labor legislation governing termination in Indian states
Under The Delhi Shops and Establishments Act of 1954, an employer cannot terminate an employee who has been with the corporation for more than three months without giving the employee at least 30 days of notice or a salary in lieu of such notice.
