I want open a offshore company

I am forex trader I do margin trade but in india it is restricted . So I want to open a company in other countries and then tranfer the money to india as foreign income . Is it possible please give me advice
it is possible to start the company in India you had to follow some procedure to start the company in India if an opportunity given to me I will register the company in India you had to get registered with CEST
