HR Refusing to issue Employment confirmation letter

22-Jan-2023 (In Corporate Law)
Hi, i need to apply home loan and my banker has asked me to provide me a letter stating that I am currently working in that particular organisation i mentioned. I am a permanent employee to a corporate organisation working since 3years 6months. My HR refusing to issue the document saying that if I refuse to pay the loan in future, my company will be liable and the banker will be after my company for recovery. I just wanted to confirm if my HR is correct or not..? if my company provides a simple bonafide letter confirming my present employment, does really the banker will be after my company for recovery. please help me know what's legal.

Well, What you have asked falls under the category of paid advice. Hence, Private Consultation is best. It'll be wise that you should go for Paid Consultation. I hope, you got my point, thanks. Stay Happy & Blessed.
