How to dissolve a partnership at will

At the time of giving a Notice to other the Partner, in a Partnership at Will, is the Notice to be given on Stamp Paper? Whether any further Dissolution deed is required to be made for dissolving the Partnership at Will?

Yes, it be advisable to prepare a dissolution deed so that you can set out clear terms as to future business and sharing of other assets if any in order to avoid in future any kind of misunderstandings and disputes. If your partnership is registered then you need to submit the dissolution deed with the Registrar of Firms and get it officially closed.
