Had to leave a company without notice period

06-Feb-2023 (In Corporate Law)
Hi Sir, I had leave without serving a notice period and have resigned in writing to the reporting manager and copied HR on the email. They are asking me to come to office but have not accepted my resignation. I can't go to office as I'm out of town and now they are harassing me by calling and messaging me everyday. What can I do? Regards, Tushar

Query perused. You should get a legal notice issued to directors of the company asking them to restrain themselves from harassing and intimidating. For face to face meeting you may contact us. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
