Had to leave a company without notice period

Hi Sir,
I had leave without serving a notice period and have resigned in writing to the reporting manager and copied HR on the email. They are asking me to come to office but have not accepted my resignation. I can't go to office as I'm out of town and now they are harassing me by calling and messaging me everyday.
What can I do?
