Full and Final Settlement delay

I was an employee of State Bank Of India and resigned from my services on September 2018. It's been almost 1 year and my full and final settlement is not done yet. Is there any procedure to get this done soon asking for interest also being added and delay fine (if there is any such procedure) ?
dear client you can get the relief from the High Court but what correspondence you have made from the bank has to be seen and vice versa it would be great if you could come along with all the relevant documents for proper remedy.
