I worked in a organization for 80 days around & I had to left. I have handover all company's assets. Now they are saying there are some dues( around 20000rs on me whihch i had to pay else they will go to there legal complaince team. Even i dont want releiveing letter from them. WHat should i do?

If you have handed over the company assets then there is no need for any worry. If they threaten you by mentioning they will approach the legal compliance team then let them do. It will not have any impact. They should first send a notice legally to you and mention the details of the recovery amount. You can contest or negotiate on that with them.
