Company placing wrong allegation on me

I am doing consultancy for a firm . And after 2months I had started my own work with own company ,now my company wants to return back the reimbursement amount which he had given to me by placing allegation that by working with this company you cannot start your work it’s fraud .please help as they are doing metal pressure on me
