Company is not paying FNF, Waiting from 5 months

Hi,
Need help how can I can get my one month salary which is an FNF, I had resigned from my last company in February'19 with proper resignation and serving a proper notice period but still, they are not processing my FNF, the company is going on some financial situations and initially, my 3 months salary is pending however they had cleared my 2 months salary i.e. (December and February) but they put my January month's salary in FNF I had mailed them(HR, Senior Deparment) but no reply is coming from them moreover the security person is not transfering my calls to HR deparment, please help me how can i get my FNF

please send Legal Notice and demand the FNF !
the company should have paid the FNF - maybe they are avoiding and delaying !
so, don't give them time to delay and avoid !
They should honour the promise to pay FNF when you resigned.
