We are starting a new Pvt co, which will have content from other copyright owners and will be like video on demand platform owned by our company. Very similar to Netflix. We won't have any self production as of now but will only acquire existing movies and serials. Will that need broadcasting license. What other regulatory license will be required?
First and fire most you should you should incorporate a company according to companies Act , 2013 for the PVT Ltd company latter you need to get the copyright agreements with proper specifications, restrictions and conditions latter once that is executed we can go for broadcasting it all depends on the geographical area for the divide of spectrum
