Can My dad who is Khandani Vaidhya sell his medicine (mixture of herbal powders tripahala, anwala churan etc) to patients locally without any legal issues as he is not BAMS.
If yes can he also sell his own remedies online?
He can but he may have to seek protection and licenses from Ayush Ministry and the Biodiversity Act depedning on what kind of medicines he would be selling. Locally he can without issues but ecommerce will require some compliances.
