I was in a senior position in an Huge Multinational. I beleive that I was victimised by a lady who used to report into me , though I had all evidences to support my innocense , thr local HR team, cooked some flimsy grounds and asked me to resign. They did not allow me to present my case and with the feat of termination and Social malign and prospects of another job, I had to keep quite. It's been almost two years now, and I seek out to someone who can evaluate my case..I know a lot of lawyers would not want to touch it, but being a Man and in a senior position was a liability. Is there anyone who can hear my case . It's a huge corporation , and I was silent as my job prospects would have been hampered with an ongoing case with the stigma attached. Now with advancing age and depleted finances I am left without a job as there seems to be a perception that has been leaked by some In the fraternity..Please help.
