I was working with telecom company for 8 months I have taken pl for 6 days for my house Renovation because I am getting married but my house renovation get more time, so I phone them to approve for extra leave and mail them , they replied that u have taken some leave before, and after few days they absconded me, then I went to head office and ask for intervention but they ask to give resignation , then I gave resignation , then I mail to HR and CEO given feed back abt worst experience in the company, then he call me and took all detail then my agency guy call me and said now don't sent any mail and call to any one they are giving FNF and experience letter, and last month salary , but they are not keeping me again, and also they have not clear that I have been abconded or resignation, or terminate . What should I can do in this legally

You can file a case against Company to compensate you for stating correct reasons and circumstances under which they have asked you to not continue with your duties. In this case, your Employment Contract + your Work-Performance, your Behaviour & Professional Conduct in the Company, all these things are going to play a crucial role for us to determine whether a case can be filed against the company in your case or not. As the Employment Contract will give the clear-cut picture that how many leaves you were permitted to procure from the HR Department & as such, whether you have breached the clauses of the Employment Contract or not.
