Usage of Marriage pictures for commercial purpose without consent

Dear Sir,
My sister marriage photos were used without our consent by a Saloon& Spa and one Cloth merchant for a bridal collection. Is there a way to deal with this legally?
You can file for defamation for promoting images without your permission and also claim for copyright infringement / compensation for breach of copyright. You will need to ensure that you have the bills to prove that you employed the photographer and thereby becoming the owner of disputed image. then proceed against the Saloon & Spa.
