Transfer Image rights to another individual and send NDA

I want to send a Non-disclosure agreement to my client. How can I get the NDA signed by a person when he is far from me. Will it happen over email or some particular authenticated website or fax? How to get NDA signed by the other individual? Also, I want a client to transfer all the image rights to me. Like, he has created some vector image using some software like Adobe Photoshop. How can I buy the rights of that image/design from him? Like I will transfer him money through PayTM and he agrees to send me the money. But how do I get the rights? I may further want to make some changes in the image and further send it to some other party saying that I have created the design. How do I get the rights?
Hi, this is not much complicated. You can share the amount with a formal email by the designer with payment request against such images. please mention some of the things like image must be unique and not copied and any type or in any portion of the image will be copied. Request him to disclose the paytm no in that mail and request him to send a conformation mail while he received the payment. Designs should be transfer by google drive with security or encrypted format etc.
