Original b. Infringement c. Fair use/fair dealing (in case of the Seinfeld video, please examine originality, infringement and fair use/dealing with respect to the King of the Hill video as well) For the purpose of this query please assume that the three videos are arranged in chronological order of creation, that is the original came first followed by the King of the Hill version followed by the Seinfeld version.
