How to get authorization from car companies to use their design?

Hello Lawyers, I have been searching on the internet about intellectual property rights. So I wanted to get a custom model of my car made but the manufacturers say that this would be an infringement of intellectual property and hence the approval of the company would be required. Kindly provide me with the details to acquire this approval and the approximate cost of the same from the said manufacturer. In my case it is Honda.
