Xiaomi India is not repairing phone for 2 months

My Mi4i phone is not getting repaired by Xiaomi for two months. Their response have also not been clear all this while. What can I do in this regard ?

You can approach the Consumer Court by filing a complaint for deficiency in service. If you have all the records it would be a lot easier to pursue. You must also check if your product is under warranty or not as the relief that you pray for will be determined by that fact.
