Wrong product sent and not accepting return. What to do?

Hello, More than a month I purchased refrigerator from Paytm. After 10days they sent us delivery with wedding product. They were not accepting return on the same earlier n just buying the time. But sine 12 days before they replied that they will take return n sent fake details of pick up of Gati courier n since then again they passing time by saying 72hrs but no one had yet collected. One day again I received a very rude call saying that we could cancel my return request as well. Plz suggest what are my protection acts.

If you have the order details, then we suggest that you should send a legal notice to paytm thereby asking them to collect the products and if you have paid the amount for the refrigerator then ask for the refund.

In case they fail to refund then you can file a case in a consumer forum thereby seeking refund alongwith damages for harassment.
