Wrong description of an offer given by company what to do

Sir, I got message from Idea(IA-612345) related to offers at 8:34pm on 11th march,2016....I.e.,RC97=1GB 3G/4G for 28 days.But I got only 2 days validity. I called customer care but they are saying that they had no such offer.And too in Idea app it's showing 14 days validity in recharge history. But I got only 2 days validity.please tell me what to do?

The option available with you is to send a legal notice to the company and if they do not respond to it then you can take them to the Consumer courts.
