Wrong bill from pizzahut, can I get compensation for the same

On September 19th i went to pizzahut.and i gave some coupon.they applied some calculation.at the time of payment I haven’t verified after 1 week check my bill and i came to know that was calculated wrong they took 100rs from me.i reached out pizzahut and they told that wasade my system error.but they are not telling about other thing.i asked compensation for that they are not responding from that day.please let me know how can proceed in future and how much we can expert compensation from pizzahut
Sir/madam, Its not a good step to seek remedy for an amount of Rs.100/-. However if you intend to seek the compensation, for the grievance, you do serve a legal notice to that establishment, prior to initiating any legal action [ Principles of natural justice]. In case, if they does not respond within the stipulated time, in the legal notice, you can knock the doors of District Consumer Forum....

Send legal notice through an advocate for deficiency of service on the part of pizza hut demanding excess amount collected along with damages if any. If no response from them file a complaint before consumer redressal forum.

Discuss the quantum of compensation to be claimed with your lawyer.
