Won case against builder but havent received the order what to do

I win the case against builder in con.forum Pune and the builder approached to state comm. Again here I won the case but I haven't received the order after 20 days have passed away. When I will get my amount which is submitted by builder in the court
For receiving amount deposited by builder in court you have to file execution process.or there may be chances that you're builder will file appeal in national form.I gave you suggestion to file execution proceedings in consumer forum for receiving amount

execution proceedings will need to be initiated if builder is not abiding by order. Execution application has to be produced before consumer court. lawyer should advice you on execution proceedings in the matter
