What to do when dealer don't deliver the car after receiving payment

I booked the car honda amaze on 26-4-18 worth Rs 21000.Decided delievery date is 15-6-18.Now dealer is saying that we dont have this car model.....we will arrange it.....we are trying.....we are working on it....pls wait. They mentally harrased us from last two days. What should we do now?

Hello sir you may approch consumer court for redressal of your grievance and file case there for deficiency in services, collect your documents like booking receipts and payment method. Firstly we have to send them legal notice then to approach court for refund of our amount along with compensation for harassment amd mental agony

You need to serve a legal notice upon them, thereafter file a complaint before consumer forum if needed.__________________________________________________________________-----------------_-----–----------------

File a complaint in consumer court and you will get compensation 500%. This is clearly deficiency of service and breach of promise.

You may file it in the place from where you purchased it and engage a suitable consumer lawyer.
