What to do if the society is increasing the maintenance amount

I am owning a flat in Pune. Society having 2 bldg A and B with 11 & 12 flrs resp. 179 flats in total. In 2017 society maint. was Rs.19000/- p.a.(Rs1500/mnth+1000 CAPEX). CHS formed having 21 committee members (1 member frm each Flr + Chairman+ Secretary+2 treasurer). In AGM on Nov 2017 it was decided 26000/-p.a (Rs2000/month+2000 CAPEX). Now, after 6 mnths they hv again increased it to 2333/-(Qtly Rs.7000) decision was taken by 21+4 members frm committee and just 5 members frm rest. Plz let us knw after hw many mnth maint. chrgs are levied & to wht % it can exceed the levied maint. chrgs. We middle class owners have our loans to pay off, hence trying to rent & sell our flats bcoz of this forceful decision. Plz reply. Thank you.
Any increase in maintenance or other charges need sanction of General Body.You have not indicated any information as to whether your society holds a general body meeting and whether you have been present raised objections to same.With details if you call on us,we can assist
