What to do if the service provider is not helping me
04-Jun-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
i gave my new activa 5g in for repair after a minor accident and denting, thru insurance, on 17th april 2018 they told me it will take 15-20 days for the complete repair.. fast forward today (4th June 2018) after weeks of calling and asking the status of the scooty, they call me and tell me that the scooty is ready. when I go pick up the scooty they tell me the battery is dead and the rear tail light bulb is missing and tell me to come next week for the replacement, and while taking the scooty home the alignment of the scooty was very off and the scooty was going to the right... is there anything I can do for this legally, this all seems like a big joke that the service center was playing.i want to teach them a lesson

Hello Sir /madam, The acts of the Service provider amounts to deficiency of service and for the same you can send a legal notice to the service provider seeking damages within stipulated time, failing which you can file a case under Consumer Protection Act 1986.
Hi,
I have gone thru your concern. At the time of giving the vehicle at service center, they would have given you one document of accepting your vehicle for service and at the time of delivering the vehicle they would have given you one service slip, wherein they would have mentioned the list of parts they have replaced and the service slip what they have attended. If you are not satisfied with their services, you can send a legal notice with all the facts, demanding him to attend your problem at least now, or else you can file a complaint before the consumer forum of your location.
