What to do if the possession of flat still not recieved after 9 years
25-Jul-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Purchased a Flat in 2009 and executed an MOU for the same. 36 months was the delivery period mentioned in the MOU. Till date we have no possession of the flat and the builder now does not even respond to us. In 2018, the same place has been registered for a new building plan in RERA, but we do not see any allotment to us on the RERA site. We have paid for the property in 2009 and still we do not have the property nor does the builder reply nor it is shown in RERA. Kindly advise.

Please approach RERA before it is too late. Because many cases are registered against builder in Rera and believe me Everytime the purchaser of the flat has got justice if u want any further help you can contact me through law rato I would be Keen to help you in this matter.
