What to do if a case is pending in consumer court
13-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Its been a year we filed case in Consumer court for delivery delay @ Ireo Corridors, Tower A1. After paying 30%, we did not hear back from Ireo for almost 4 years and then Suddenly we received letter for approving changes in building plan, which we rejected and questioned reason for delay. Since we did not get any convincing reply we filed a case for refund with interest. Case is pending with consumer court. Builder resumed construction of Tower A1 and has started sending demand notes based on construction progress. We have not made any payment as matter is sub-judice.
Hello
Since the case is pending there is no need to worry. Send a notice to the builder that matter is sub-judice and whatever they want to say, submit before the Hon'ble court. Actually builder is playing this game to linger on the matter nothing else
