What to do a company is forcing me to pay

Is agreement done on RS 20 stamp paper valid which has no stamp number on right side of the stamp paper? Keydus Technology ( fraud company ) mail me an agreement, but it doesn't have stamp paper number. Now they are saying, according to agreement I've to pay rs6500, also they're threatening me, and forcing me pay money, otherwise they'll case a file on Court. Please help me out with this concern. I'm a student. Should I pay money to them?

Yes, the lenders have right to recover amount accords with law, they can't do any offence against you or your any members and belongings of your family if any such would they do you may take criminal action against all of them committed offences.

Any stamp paper should contain number on it. If its not then its genuiness is doubtful. You need to provide copy of the agreement for complete review then opinion may be provided. After review appropriats steps may be taken.

Agreement whether done on STamp paper or normal paper is valid. If number is not printed on Stamp paper, it may be treated as normal paper or may be taken as fake paper. Whether you have signed the said agreement or not? Consult immediately.

Well, as you know already that said company is a fraud one , then first of all you file a complaint against him stating entire facts and circumstances.
More over, you have not menioned the contents and matters of said agreement so can't say about the effect & impact of said agreement. But, as you told the value of RS. 20/, it may be used as secondary witness.
In my opinion you should have to contact your lawyer immediately or may consult with me with entire document.
