I was ordered 14000 rs mobile . But I was received 1000rs cheap mobile .I was contact snapdeal but they are won't accept my return. They are saying some silly reasons . I was send the lawyer notice 15days ago but till now they are can't reply for that notice .please help me

A legal notice can be sent to the online retailer. Wait for 15 days to reply. Then case can be filed. It is civil case. All proceedings are civil nature. The court will order for compensation or any other order.
