What action can be taken if wrong advice is given by Credit Sudhaar

Sir, i have taken Financial services from Credit Sudhaar for loan consolidation and improvement of my CIBIL score, the Credit sudhaar person promised me in writing that they have solved several cases. After the payment reciept, they coulnt not provide one service and whatever they proposed a was a loss making proposition to me. When i questioned them, they kept on repeating the non value loss incurring financial advise. i had paid 25800/- towards the fee and they are returning my money, as they have provided any service and it is already 3 months over. I have all the email communications from they from day1. Is there any way i can get my hard earned money from these cheaters and teach them a lesson, please advice
