We R MSME. Service to Pub. Ltd Co. Rs20L not paid.

We are MSME. Serviced and raised Proforma Invoice 20L+GST b4 Mar21 to Public Ltd Co not paid till date. In order to avoid IT/gST payable for suspected recovery Proper Invoice not made. Mails not responded. Legal notice responded stating no service done. We have evidences to prove. To file complaint with NCLT. Need advice and assistance.
