Water bottle charged above mrp can I take legal action

I have been to a gupta resort on dehradun highway nh 58 ,on 19 may,they charged me ?30 for a water bottle but mrp on bottle is ?20,i have bill with me,can i challenge it?
You can file a consumer complaint in the consumer court with appropriate jurisdiction and claim compensation for charging over MRP from the shopkeeper.
