Wants to drop out from college will they recover the whole fee

Respected sir, My son studied in dental college, but now due to some reason he don't wont to continue BDS(he is in 1st year). Question: Is college recover whole fee from me ?
if there is something like that written anywhere in the document that the whole fee shall be recoverable otherwise the fees cant be recovered however as per my understanding of your issue you have not paid the fees fully so if you have not paid then there is no liability to pay in exceptional circumstances.
