Want to know the procedure to file a reply in State Forum?

Mine is a Consumer Forum decision against which the opposite party has filed an appeal in the Delhi State Commission. I have prepared the reply(written statement on behalf of Respondent) I want to know the procedure for filing the reply.
Simply appear on the next date of hearing and file a copy in the court when your matter is called and also supply a copy of the same to the appellant. Please note that if the SCDRC has bound you to file your reply within certain period of time then you must file your reply within the stipulated period of the time on the counter of the SCDRC with the proof of the dispatch/receiving of the advance copy to the appellant.
